5.1 Products on Body Plus are offered on As-Available and As-Is bases. Body Plus does not provide any express or implied warranty regarding these materials, and as such, It hereby declares that it will be under no responsibility, obligation or warranty regarding the same, including without limitation, the guarantees or implied conditions related to marketing or suitability of these materials for a specific purpose and their results, or those obligations related to infringement of intellectual property rights or any other rights. With all our efforts to provide you with the lowest prices, some difference may occur between the prices of Body Plus gallery and the prices of the Body Plus e-application. We strive to offer you the best prices on the Body Plus e-application in addition to our gallery, however, some difference in prices may occur between the Body Plus e-application and the prices in the gallery. The "Lowest Price Guarantee" service is not offered on purchases through Body Plus e-application. We accept payment in the following methods: Credit / Debit Cards: Mada, Sadad, Visa and MasterCard. All payments made by Credit/Debit Cards are subject to validation by the Credit/Debit Card Issuer. If this issuer refuses to allow you to pay, we will cancel the purchase order and contact you to determine an alternative payment method. Please note that no Credit/Debit Card details shall be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third party save the action made through our e-payment gateway service provider or as required by the directives and orders of the competent authority. Body Plus delivers to anywhere in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Delivery of your order may take only (3) to (7) working days. Delivery does not include force majeure circumstances beyond our control, after the date you received an email confirming the shipment of your order. Delivery fees and payment charges upon delivery, if any, shall be added to the products’ prices and shall be shown separately in the order form during payment inspection and auditing process. The Customer shall be responsible to provide the correct phone numbers (landline and mobile phone numbers) and the correct delivery address. In case of absence of a person to agree for receiving the purchase order, then you can arrange for an alternate delivery date with the delivery partner, otherwise to obtain additional information regarding purchase order receipt procedure. Note that in case of your inability to receive your order on the second delivery attempt, then you may have to pay an additional delivery fees for any other delivery attempt. Orders shall be delivered from Saturday to Thursday. We are not committed to deliver orders on Fridays and holidays. We may work on this if possible. During the delivery process, you may be requested to show ID Card in order to ensure correct delivery. In case you are not present at the place and time supposed to deliver the shipment, the shipment shall be delivered to those who are resident with you. Body Plus is not responsible for any damage or harm attributable to such factors or arising directly or indirectly from such factors. 11.3. Body Plus reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders subject to its absolute discretion. 11.4. Body Plus does not guarantee any obligation incurred thereby through the terms contained herein in case of force majeure or emergency circumstances affecting implementation of the obligation.Force Majeure
Force Majeure means any event that occurs beyond control of both parties, which makes implementation of obligations contained herein impossible or incomplete for any party due to any of the following incidents: Emergence of diseases and epidemics that require the state to take specific measures, such as Covid-19 pandemic or other diseases. Emergence of errors or viruses that lead to corruption of the user or customer’s data to the extent that such user or customer is unable to use your website or application. Natural disasters. Contracts entered into during Force Majeure shall be deemed as canceled without any additional fees incurred by the contractors. All contracting parties shall be entitled to consider the contract as null and void.
